The iOS developer, @Notcom recently released an updated version of his TinyUmbrella to version 5.10.08. TinyUmbrella 5.10.08 can save iOS 5.1 SHSH blobs for the new iPad (iPad 3) and Apple TV 3G. You can download TinyUmbrella 5.10.08from the link below.
For those of you who don’t already know, TinyUmbrella lets you save SHSH blobs for the Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch, which are required to be able to downgrade the device firmware to an older version. Alternatively, you can use tools like SHSH Blob Extractor or iSHSHit.

The iPhone Dev Team has successfully jailbroken the new iPad, but there has been no indication of the release of a jailbreak tool at the moment. MuscleNerd tweeted photos of the Jailbreak along with the disclaimer “Just a first step, still lots of work to do! No ETA!”

According to a recent report from Reuters, BBC is planning an iTunes-style downloading service code name “Project Barcelona” for UK media consumers that would allows users to get recent or archived broadcasts from the BBC online store for a “modest fee”.
BBC Director General Mark Thompson did not specify a time of release or pricing information. Thompson did clarify that the software will be like going into a store and buying a DVD. PayPal officially announced the mobile payment solution with the free “PayPal Here” reader and accompanying free iOS and Android application.
PayPal’s system can accept all major credit cards and offers a few more ways to get paid outside of credit cards. Merchants can accept direct PayPal payments and checks, yes hand written checks, in addition to credit cards.
