0The folks over at AppleInsider are reporting that Apple is preparing a small software update for Apple TV that will alleviate screen flickering issues that many users have reported from the 4.2 update (which is actually a build of iOS 4.3).

For those of you who didn’t already know, iOS 4.3 was released today as expected – an early release before the launch of the iPad 2.
