Retailer’s Mishandling of Sales Gets Best Buy Blacklisted From Selling iPad 2
0Apple has reportedly put a freeze on Best Buy iPad 2 sales due to mishandling by the electronics retailer.
According to a CrunchGear tipster, Best Buy was holding off on selling the iPad 2s it had in stock, telling customers there weren’t any when in fact they had just reached their quota of sales for the day. Folks over at TUAW also report that a reader tipped them of the freeze as well. He claims that until further notice, the mammoth electronics retailer has had all stock except demo units pulled.

Best Buy Sales Associates Getting Free iPad 2 According To Rumors
0Although this was a surprise to many on the sales floor of Best Buy retail outlets, a new report from Forbes claims that all floor sales associates may soon find a sweet present at work with their name on it – a new iPad 2. 0As per reports from several sources, security experts announced that Google has pulled more than 50 malware-infected apps from its Android Market, but hasn’t yet triggered automatic uninstalls of those programs from users’ phones.

Another sign of the white iPhone 4 possibly being introduced has arised – spotted in AT&T’s inventory system. Both the iPhone 4 16 GB and 32 GB appear in AT&T’s Online Account Management system according to BGR. Samsung Galaxy Tab’s WiFi Model Rumored To Be Delayed
0Recenly approved by the FCC, the WiFi-only Samsung Galaxy Tab, also tipped as incoming in Best Buy’s November “Mobile Buyer’s Guide”, has been delayed. According to an internal pullback notice reported by Jeff Jarvis, the retailer is blaming “manufacturer delay” for the WiFi-only Galaxy Tab not arriving this month, leaving only carrier-supported 3G models on offer.

1Now that Apple is finally able to keep up with the demand for the iPad, they have started to offer Certified Refurbished models at the Apple Online Store.
