Rumor mill has it that Microsoft is in talks with record labels on creating a new music service that caters to Xbox and Windows Phone 7. The software giant is planning on creating a delivery service that would supply music service to Xbox as well as the upcoming Windows based phones, according to an exclusive report on CNet.

When Spotify was recently launched in the US, an invitation was needed in order to get a free account. Previously anyone willing to pay for a subscription could join right away, without needing an invitation. Spotify launched in the US just a little under a month ago and it is proving to be as popular in the United States as it’s been in Europe. Spotify, just two weeks since its U.S. debut, the popular European music service has already received a big welcome, complete with praise as well as a patent lawsuit. The popular European streaming music service Spotify could launch in the United States as soon as next week according to AllThingsD’s Peter Kafka. A recent report by Forbes says that Facebook has teamed up with Spotify, to launch a music-streaming service on the popular networking site. Google’s Music Locker App For Android Leaked

According to a report from BusinessInsider, Google has accidentally leaked the upcoming version of their Cloud Music App for Android.

Tech From 10 was able to get the app after discovering that Google accidentally pushed a developer version of the next Android Market to their phone.
