An email was sent out to iPhone developers informing them of the March 27th deadline. Since most of all apps developed so far have only been tested in the emulator, this is more of a “feedback” round for devs looking to be ready for the launch without actually testing their apps on hardware. The Scoop On Multitasking on The Windows Phone 7 Series
2While the Microsoft press conference this week has had its fair share of news about the Windows Phone 7 Series, one of the hazy portraits that was painted included multitasking on the new OS. The tweet that previously linked to the picture has been removed, but it was promised that “This is real & dropping soon.” If this is all true, there may be a wave of skating games on the iPhone in the near future.
The image seemed to a show a level that looked fairly similar to the hangar level in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 (from back in the day.) Although it is seen in the image, it may not necessarily mean the iPhone version will be More >
Apple Going Flash Free: No Flash On iPad\iPhone\iPodTouch
6Apple has been adamant about not supporting Flash on the iPad along with the iPhone and iPodTouch devices. As we all know that so far whatever Apple want they get it, and right now their focus is to have developers crank out boatloads of websites, mobile applications, and digital content that is flash-free for their upcoming idevice – iPad.
Despite the consistent bashing from critics, Apple is successfully changing the way many websites would have otherwise functioned with Flash for the sake of capturing a chunk of the tablet’s presumably large forthcoming audience.
