Apple’s iPhone Ranked First In J.D Power’s Customer Satisfaction Survey

Apple has topped J.D Power’s smartphone customer satisfaction survey for the fifth time running. The iPhone recently earned a score of 795 out of a possible 1,000 points. Competitors such as Motorola and HTC followed Apple with scores of 763 and 762, respectively. J.D Power weighs the total result from the various categories:

According to the most recent data published by prominent digital measurement provider, comScore, Google’s Android and Research in Motion’s BlackBerry have become the largest mobile platforms, respectively at the onset of this new year.
