Hack Forces NoDo Update To Windows Phone 7 Devices

Microsoft Windows Phone 7 Update (Build 7.0.7390.0) has become controversial as of late for no good reason. Although the update is now present but still not available for all the carriers. For those of you who are in the delivering phase of the NoDo update but have yet to receive it, folks over at XDA-Developers have found a simple hack that force the update, and best of all it really does work.

The recently released iOS 4.3.1 firmware update for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch has successfully been jailbroken courtesy of some work by DjayB6 on the iOS 4.3.1 jailbreak bundle and Universal Ramdisk Fever. The jailbreak as of right now is only tethered for now, which means that you will have to boot it into a jailbroken state every time you reboot.

If you upgraded to iOS 4.3.1, and now you want to downgrade back to iOS 4.3, iOS 4.2.1 or 4.1, simply follow the instructions posted below to downgrade iOS 4.3.1 on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch, iPad 2 and iPad 1 to iOS 4.3, iOS 4.2.1, 4.1, 4.0.x.
