AT&T Begins To Offer Standard Mobile Insurance For iPhones Starting July 17th
0AT&T has recently started to inform customers that all iPhone models will be eligible for their standard mobile insurance program starting on July 17.
The Standard program will cost $4.99 plus a deductible, which varies from $50 to %125 depending on the model of the iPhone being insured. AT&T previously didn’t even offer insurance on the iPhone until 2010 when they partnered with a third-party company and offered coverage for a fee of $11.99 a month plus a $199 deductible. This insurance will finally become cheaper and something more people can afford.

0For people who didn’t already know, JailbreakMe 3.0 was leaked earlier this holiday weekend and Comex has been racing against Apple to release the official jailbreak tool before Apple patches it with iOS 4.3.4. Speculation previously pointed to Comex having a little less than 10 days to release his jailbreak tool. Comex Racing Against Time To Finish and Release JailbreakMe 3.0
1Earlier today, a tester for JailbreakMe 3.0 leaked a wi-fi iPad 2 .pdf, which essentially contained part of the code utilized in the iPad 2 jailbreak soon to be found in JailbreakMe 3.0. It is expected that Apple will be patching the exploit being used in an upcoming patch leaving the hacker comex, to race against the clock. Leaked Documents Hint At AT&T 4G LTE-Ready iPad 3, iPhone 5
0Some of the leaked AT&T documents from the last of LulzSec’s hacking endeavors ended up revealing information about a potential “4G” LTE-ready iPad 3 and iPhone 5. Despite closing down all hacking activity just yesterday, the group of six anonymous hackers who go by the name of LulzSec are still around in the news. Sn0wbreeze 2.8 b3 Released; Jailbreaks iOS 5 Beta 2 On Windows
0iH8sn0w has released Sn0wbreeze 2.8 b3 to jailbreak iOS 5 beta 2 on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. As always, Sn0wbreeze is a Windows jailbreak tool.
For those of you interested in jailbreaking the new version, MuscleNerd confirmed via Twitter that the new beta 2 is jailbreakable using the latest version of RedSn0w. Users will need to point Redsn0w to iOS 5 beta 1 however.

Apple Releases iOS 5 Beta 2 With Wireless Sync Enabled
0Apple released the second beta version of its iOS 5 mobile operating system to its iOS developer website, as well as the second beta of iTunes 10.5. The release notes from Apple highlight only one new known feature, the ability to finally sync your iDevice wirelessly via Wi-Fi syncing.
To use the new wireless syncing features, users must have the newest iOS 5, iTunes 10.5 beta 2, and a Mac running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or OS X Lion. Users must then connect their device to their Mac with a USB cable for the the very last time. This will allow them to choose the wireless sync option.

0Comex previously tweeted that he had fixed all the unionfs issues that were hindering the iPad 2 jailbreak process through the userland (PDF) based jailbreak tool “JailbreakMe 3.0″ but it seems as he is still struggling to solve some of them. The good news for iPad 2 jailbreakers, is that Comex is ready to release his “JailbreakMe 3.0″ tool to jailbreak the iPad 2 within the next 48 hours, with or without fixing Unionfs issues. Some of the recent tweets made by Comex and Veeence confirm that the iPad 2 jailbreak, “JailbreakMe 3.0″ is just a day or two away from us.

JailbreakMe 3.0 Delayed AGAIN; No ETA Announced….
0JailbreakMe 3.0, which was mentioned to be released either Wednesday or Sunday (June 22 or June 26) by Comex is confirmed to be delayed. As of right now there is currently no known ETA as Comex needs to iron out the unionfs before releasing the jailbreak tool to the public. The jailbreak is on the horizon and will be released once it is ready for public release but until then, we have no choice but to wait patiently.
