Xbox Live To Be Integrated Into Windows 8
0Microsoft is taking some affirmative steps towards unifying their themes and services across different platforms. The first efforts were seen in the form of the Metro design language which started from Windows Phone 7 and then moved on to Xbox Live, Microsoft Office, and Windows 8. Microsoft Incorporates iOS Mobile App Discovery In Bing Searches
0Microsoft is apparently making it easier for iOS users to find apps using the Bing search engine. The Bing team has improved iPhone mobile app discovery across its latest updated version of Bing Mobile Browse. Microsoft is trying to surface applications that people would never have searched for through its Bing search Engine. Microsoft is rumored to be building better multi-monitor support for Windows 8, according to reports. Group policy objects discovered in the latest leak of Windows 8 are hinting at the ability for Windows 8 users to display their taskbar across more than one display. 0Microsoft announced several new Xbox Live features today at the E3 video game conference. The features are designed to expand the number of content options available and new ways to discover them as well. The Xbox Live service will soon make millions of new videos all available through partnerships, including one announced with YouTube. Microsoft’s Windows 8 Demoed – Tablet Friendly OS
0Microsoft’s Steven Sinofsky began showing off the Windows 8 operating system (which is fully optimized for tablets) during the D9 conference in California. Nokia Plans To Release Windows Phone Devices Frequently
0Nokia’s Windows Phones will soon be coming out at a relatively rapid clip after the first one appears later this year according to Nokia’s executive vice president of smart devices, Jo Harlow. “We should be launching new devices in a rhythm that might be every couple of months, every three months, something like that,” she said.
