Samsung on Friday unveiled the latest addition to the Galaxy tablet family, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus.

Samsung Agrees To Pay Microsoft Royalties On Android Sales

Microsoft announced on Wednesday that the company has signed a cross-licensing agreement with Samsung. As a result of the agreement, Microsoft will be receiving royalties from Samsung for its Android-powered smartphones and tablets. Rumors Suggest Apple Seeks Partnership With Samsung

After a recent visit to Korea by Tim Cook (Apple’s current CEO), there are notions being raised of a cooperation between Apple and Samsung. Industry sources are reporting that Cook discussed incorporating Samsung’s AMOLED (Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) display for Apple’s tablet PCs while visiting South Korea. Apple has topped J.D Power’s smartphone customer satisfaction survey for the fifth time running. The iPhone recently earned a score of 795 out of a possible 1,000 points. Official Android 2.3.2 Gingerbread Leaked For Samsung Galaxy S; Now Available To Download

Android 2.3.2 Gingerbread has been leaked for the Samsung Galaxy S i9000. The build number of the firmware is I9000XWJV1. Along with a link to the ROM and its original over at a Polish Android forum, the original poster Lorbas is claiming they have confirmation that this leak is the official working build of Gingerbread that will eventually grace the Galaxy S line of phone.
