It has been confirmed by WSJ that Mic will introduce their newest mobile phone OS on Monday at the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona. Win Mo 6.5 is dead; long live Windows Phone 7.

The announcement will almost certainly come during Steve Ballmer’s Windows Phone press conference, scheduled for 3pm local time. With the introduction of the Sony Ericsson Aspen, Windows Mobile updated to version 6.5.3. This latest version includes a few note worthy features -

Windows 7 Coming Soon To iPad

Citrix wasting no time since the announcement of iPad, has been working on launching client software enabling iPad users to connect to Citrix Server and run Windows 7 in a virtual session. This will probably reach the marketplace to coincide with the iPad’s formal release in late March.
