Android 2.2 Leaked For Motorola’s Droid X
If you are a Motorola DROID X owner that is feeling a little adventurous then today is a good day for you. The DROID World forums have a leaked build of Android 2.2 ready to go for your device. The leaked over the air upgrade is in a zip format, meaning that all you have to do is drop it on your microSD card slot (you still have to completely erase your device) and run the update. The update seems to be pretty impressive accordingly to several users. The phone is a bit snappier and is accompanied with some nice visual tweaks along with Google Voice Actions as well. Given the polish on the leak, Froyo for the Droid X has to be right around the corner. Adobe Flash 10.1 is pre-installed and isn’t just in the downloads section of the market, it is listed under Preferences -> Applications -> Manage.
